Terms of Service
Using TMS
TMS is a transport management software service under development. Users must provide accurate account information, protect their sign-in credentials and use the service only for authorised business purposes.
Accounts and access
Access may depend on account verification, organisation membership, assigned permissions, service availability and applicable product entitlements. Users must not attempt to access another organisation's data or bypass security and access controls.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, or use TMS in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Operational information
TMS may present transport, driver, fleet, document, dispatch, finance and related operational information. During development and testing, sample or synthetic information may be displayed and must not be treated as authoritative business data.
Third party services
Some capabilities may later depend on external providers or integrations. Availability and final contractual treatment of those services remain subject to the approved product and legal baseline.
Changes and availability
PRE V1.0 functionality may change as the product is tested and accepted. DEV, STAGE and PILOT environments may be unavailable during controlled deployment, maintenance or testing.
